In this position you will:

Greet patients upon arrival

Aid in registering patients prior to treatment

Ensure timely transition to clinical areas by expediting communication with clinical staff

Review admissions data for quality

Review real-time eligibility of insurance coverage

Collect insurance co-pay’s

Problem solve
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Special Qualifications (Licensure, Registration, etc.)
Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to rapidly learn and teach new technology

Ability to use Apple products, Ipad, Iphone, Mac IOS and OSX

Ability to use multi-line telephone
