What are your hours?We are open from 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday and from 8:00am until 12:00pm on Saturdays. If you need assistance after hours you can leave a voice mail or send a text message to the main phone number (307-269-0947) explaining your situation and the on-call provider will triage the calls and contact you based on severity and/or need.

How much does it cost to be seen?Very simply, your first visit is $97 and subsequent visits are $85. This cost does not include any testing/ labratory fees, X-ray images or any procedure fees. For example, to stich a laceration the average patient cost is around $250-$300 dollars. In comparison, these costs will be well over $1,000- $1,500 or more in any emergency room or physician's office. Our billing is transparent, you will know the exact total cost of your visit before you leave the clinic. There are no hidden fees at the Cowboy Clinic, you will never receive a surprise bill for something unexpected. Our billing department is local, and staffed with friendly and polite individuals who live in this community and are eager to resolve any issues you may have.

Can we prescribe?Of course we can! If, after you have been examined by one of our providers, and the condition you have been diagnosed with requires medication, one will be prescribed for you. Please be aware, we do not prescribe narcotic pain medication for the treatment of chronic pain. We can and will refer patient's with these conditions to pain management specialists to better manage this chronic condition.

What kind of services do we provide?At the Cowboy Clinic you can stop in to have your blood pressure checked, recieve your annual physical, be treated for an acute condition (cough, cold, fever, etc.), get a flu shot, have your wound stiched up, or your leg x-rayed. We are a full service medical clinic! From lab work to minor surgical procedures we do it all!

Can you be my primary care?This is a complex question that requires evaluation by one of our Nurse Practitioners. Generally, if you are in good physical health and you do not require a high complexity or coordination of care on a regular basis we can be your primary care provider. Stop by at your convienence to see one of our nurse practitioners.

Do you take my Insurance?In most cases YES! We accept all major insurance, if you have a question please give our billing department a call and one of our friendly staff will find you an answer promptly.
